She was delightful! had lots of information. was a natural! great driver! so impressed with all her stories and sound bytes and she's a Savannah native. we'd go again and take friends and family who come visit Savannah! a bonus was it's Christmas time so the city is beautifully deocrated

We did the two-day ticket and both days were great. Guides “Rev” and Cynthinia were very knowledgeable and engaging. Staff from ticket seller to guides to boarding assistants were extremely courteous and welcoming. We found the best experience was to ride the entire tour (about 90 mins) the first time, then we used day two as a time to get off at the stops that are of most interest. Overall, we found Savanah to be a very friendly city with very clean and well kept historic district. Great place to just walk around and enjoy the many attractions. Trolly tour definitely a worthwhile and effective means of learning about the area.

Every time we come to Savannah (this was our 5th trip) we use this trolley service and it never disappoints! The tour guides are amazing and I feel we learn something new every time. This time we added the holiday lights tour and it was so much fun - many thanks to our tour guide Jonathan for exemplifying Christmas spirit! Two of our hop on/hop off tour guides on this trip stood out as extraordinary - Andy and Rich. Andy for his amazing sense of humor and Rich for his tremendous knowledge of Savannah history - it was fun talking Conrad Aiken and some of the other little known facts on our tour!! Thank you both! We will be back!

Captain Phil should be re-named Captain Phabulous Phil! While we had no way to authenticate the information he shared, we believed every word of his smooth, humorous, fact-filled tour. He clearly loves his job! And he inspired us to explore Savannah further on our own. We did return to the Sorrel-Weed house the next day.

This was our first trip with this trolley company. Our first guide, Cindy, was funny, informative, and friendly. Our second and third guides were informative as well. But the buses were crowded, and anytime we got off at a stop, we were unable to get back on the next bus because it was full. Thus, we spent a large portion of our day waiting at stops for another bus. This meant waiting 30 minutes at several stops. We started at 11:00 and didn't get to all the stops by 4:45. We saw Kelley Tours and the white Old Town Trolley while we were waiting, and those tours seemed to have twice as many buses and were thus less crowded. On a previous trip we did Old Town Trolley and really enjoyed them!

We had a great day on the tour. It was filled with knowledge, joy and laughter. It was really great to see the town of Savannah. The tour gives you great insight of the history. Captain Phil was really great! He not only have you knowledge about the town history from the past, but the current history as well. He’s really great with storytelling! Thank you Captain Phil for a great experience!

Our first tour guide was Cindy she was awesome. The second was Magic Mike. I felt like a child again the way he was Reprimanding everyone to be quite. In which I didn’t feel like anyone was out of line, instead just commenting on what they were looking at. A bit too much to enjoy your tour. I have used this tour company in several cities Key West, Boston and Saint Augustine and this was by far the first time for this. Maybe he is not enjoying his job anymore??
