  James was such a pleasure. He taught a family of 5 (with 3 kids) how to make a Neapolitan pizza. He was patient, charming, and funny. I can't wait to copy his recipe at home. I highly recommend him to any group interested in cooking.

  I have taken various pizza making classes in the past and have a LOT of experience in eating pizza; this tour was a highlight. James was a super host and the location was great and interesting to visit in San Francisco. We also enjoyed some local brews nearby after our class! Very fun

  I cannot say how much I loved this cooking class with James. First of all, his home is right out of a book, a quintessential San Francisco Victorian home. James was a warm and welcoming host and his years of expertise in Italian and Spanish cooking was apparent. The Neapolitan style pizza we made was delicious and I loved that I met other SF locals and a couple traveling from New York. I would definitely recommend this event and told James next time I'm in town I want to try his Paella experience too!
