Our snowmobile fleet consists of new 2021, one and two person Ski-Doo Renegade Adrenaline with powerful, efficient, 900 ACE CC 4 cycle or 600 EFI two cycle engines. Each comes with EFI, electric start, reverse and automatic transmission.
The price stated is per one person snowmobile per day (10am-5PM) one person snowmobiles but we offer additional durations from 2 hours to 7 days for one or two person snowmobiles. All rentals include helmets, trail maps and suggested routes and places to stop.
With direct trail access Runamuk sits at the junction of 3 major trails. Park your car, complete the rental check-in process, hop on your machine and go. There are over a thousand miles of trails in our region many of which course through the area's nearly 2.5 million acres of thick forests; past glacial lakes and streams. The forests are also full of wildlife such as wolves, bobcat, Elk, otters, etc. Our guests are frequently treated to the sight of these inhabitants.
Trails are groomed and marked (signed); tend to be more curvy (winding) than straight; circumnavigate undulating (hilly to near mountainous) terrain past glacial lakes and streams. They are considered to be the best trails in north America.
As a means of reference to where are region is geographically situated: Runamuk is approximately 40 air miles from Lake Superior and about 20 miles south of the "Northern Continental Divide" - in the northernmost part of Wisconsin. While we have a Hayward mailing address we are about 8 miles north of town.
We don't consider ourselves merely a "rental" company. We consider us to be in the "making of incredible, memorable experience" and "destination marketing" business. Besides the equipment, our service begins immediate your snowmobile rental includes much more: assistance in arranging ground transportation, lodging, food, other entertainment and aiding your itinerary. Besides snowmobiling in the winter, the area is quite popular for ice fishing and fly fishing in streams. There's are many truly authentic vintage resorts, restaurants, taverns, wineries, local museums, old fashion candy stores and boutiques and small towns that have the quintessential and adorable "main streets" that date back to the late 19th and early 20th century.
If you request we will assist you in making ground transportation arrange from the closest major airports (etc., Minneapolis, Chicago, Duluth, MN). You will, however, have to pay for the actual transportation separately or add it to your Runamuk reservation price. We offer free pickup from local airports including Cable and Hayward.
Upon arrival our staff will review machine features with you. We'll also, if you want, give you suggested routes and recommend some trail-side places to stop to eat as well as go-over the trail map with you.

Cancel 15 days or more from the rental start date and receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancel within 14 days and receive a 50% refund.
