Great experience. Please note that you can only cycle around the park on the main road. No cycling on the inner pathways.

I loved it Dan gave us an excellent afternoon full of fun and good experiences, he told us what places to visit in NY, took us to all Central Park and told us the stories about the park. It was such a great time Also Gabriel gave us our equipment and he knew exactly what we need it They are so good at their job. Congrats guys I am so happy I had u for my tour. I hope I see you again Dan and Gabriel u made that day one of the best in NYC :)

I had a pass to get the unlimited bike rental for the day. I wanted to rent a "transfer bike" - you pick it up at one location and drop it off at another. Same procedure: paperwork, hold on credit card, etc. I picked up my bike at the Harlem location and dropped it off at Central Park location, at 5.30 pm aprox (note that you have to hand it in before 6:45pm, otherwise there is a fee for not returning bike.) Thank goodness I checked my bank account that night for no particular reason, when I noticed my credit card had been charged 400 USD fot "NOT RETURNING BIKE." I'd like to add that I was travelling with an Indian friend during my stay in NYC, and we both rented bikes, each on different credit card and receipt orders. The next day I had to spend 2 hours asking why my credit card had been overcharged. From the beginning I explained my friend and I had different receipts, and that the overcharge was on MY credit card. Shockingly, the lady at Central Park location started questioning my friend, asking her what the security guard looked like, saying she didn't remember her face, suggesting my friend had not returned her bike, and simply interrogating her as if she were a police - I'm appalled and saddened by what this might have meant, considering I'm a white woman, and my friend an Indian looking woman. Finally, the lady apologized due to an error on her part for not "closing" my receipt properly, and handing me a reversion receipt on my credit card. I called the location and asked to speak with the supervisor, to sort out this issue since I still have not had the reversion - I have still not received a call. I find it outrageous that I have to spend MY time for a sloppy error on their part. My experience with customer service was terrible, and making me have to deal with an expensive error, not to mention the VERY uncomfortable experience my friend lived.

Our family with tweens/teens had a wonderful time on this tour. Dan was a great guide! We booked a 9am tour and lucked out with gorgeous weather and the park was not crowded. Bring water!

Efficient check in, the lady who assist us is accommodating. The bikes are in good condition, seats comfortable. All gear you need is available and included in the price. Overall good value for money

We rented 2 bikes, one for my son (15 years old) and me. My son’s bike worked perfect. My bike kept on braking down. The chain kept on falling and that sucked because we wasted a lot of time! We got grease all over. After wasting almost an hour, we came back to the bike store and told them and they didn’t offer to exchange or refund or anything. The guy at the shop could care less that the bike didn’t work.

Easy to find building to grab your bikes, about a block from Central Park. Easy and fast check in and check out. Fun adventure for our trip! Beautiful scenery!

We had a great experience with the bike rentals for our family (2 adults and 2 children, ages 12 and 15). The location to Central Park was perfect and we enjoyed riding through the city and the park both. The bikes were easy and in good form, and the staff who helped us were all very great. Looking at other rental options, the prices here were also unbeatable. Thank you for making our trip to NYC so memorable through this activity.
